Members of the Panel review Best Practices that are submitted for consideration, and provide input as to the benefits and limitations of each action, with a concluding recommendation as to whether the Best Practice should be published on the Plastic Smart Cities platform for public viewing.

He's always looking beyond end of pipe solutions since Product Design with the end in mind, reuse of the material, is crucial for success.
Anna is a junior scientist at TNO. She has experience in assessing plastic transport in the environment and life cycle analysis of plastics and plastic recycling technologies.
Esther has been working for more than 25 years in packaging related roles, from product design through waste management, with particular focus on plastic packaging. In combination with her Asian background she knows the relevant issues at hand not just from stories but from hands on experience.
Tunghai has more than 20 years of professional experience in the global plastics industry. Technical expertise in the field of polymers, colorants & additives and manufacturing processes as well as regulatory compliances according to FDA, EU and GB.
Merijn has dedicated his career to advancing the sustainable use of our ecosystems in general and seas and oceans in particular. He has a background in water management and marine governance and has worked on corporate social responsibility and environmental policy initiatives since 2007. He's also held posts with the North Sea Foundation and WWF focused on plastics monitoring.
Henk has extensive experience in management and consulting roles on the economical, environmental, psychological, social and communication aspects of littering and waste management.
